Eaton Adds Tube Benders To Aeroquip® Performance Products Line
Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) has added tube benders to its Aeroquip® Performance Products line. The tube benders make easy work out of bending tubing for brake and other applications on race cars.
Aeroquip Performance Products tube benders form smooth, tight 180-degree bends in metal tubing. Their ratchet design promotes continuous bending action, preventing tubing kinks.
Combining high performance with ease of use, the tube benders feature strategically placed handles that won’t cross over during use. Rollers inside the handles eliminate scoring and reduce operator effort. Ergonomically molded cushion grips provide stability and operator comfort.
The tube benders are offered in two styles:
- Heavy-duty tube benders—Bend aluminum, copper, brass, steel, stainless steel, and other temper metal tubing in ¼-, 3/8-, and ½-inch outside diameters.
- Triple-head tube bender—Bends soft copper, aluminum, and thin-walled steel in 3/16-, ¼-, 5/16- and 3/8-inch outside diameters.
